Patricia LTD Headquartered in Riga Latvia with operations in Cupertino, California, USA, announces the creation of three new LiveJournal Communities for members to share experiences and to promote their ideas and concepts.

In concert with the Mission statement of Patricia LTD, these LiveJournal Communities are in the following three areas:

  1. RedBead Experiment - share the teachings of Dr. W. Edwards Deming and how the world famous Red Bead Experiment created for Dr. Deming in 1982 is used to effective create that "ah ha" reaction - now I understand what he was talking about. What is a Red Bead? The Red Bead Game is used to diffuse tensions in work groups and foster a mood of cooperation and process improvement.
     

  2. Create Wow - Go beyond simply providing acceptable customer service and provide a consistently high level we call Customer Delight. I provides a way for service providers to elevate themselves above their competition; to place a memory peg in the minds of their customers that will provide free advertising bringing back delighted customers and their friends and colleagues.
     

  3. Visit Latvia - The heart and keystone of the Baltics'. Held back by 50 years of Soviet occupation, this historic, well educated society with proud roots dating back well beyond the medieval period is prospering again. Headquartered in the heart of Riga, Latvia, Patricia LTD was founded in 1992, by a Latvian born tourism and travel professional with over 20 years experience in the business. The original intent of the company was to provide, in an ethical manner, reasonably priced apartments and rooms to tourists and business travelers coming to the Baltic country of Latvia. Western management principles were fully introduced in to the company in late 1999 when Mike Johnson from California, USA, joined the company as general manager. Mr. Johnson brings over 35 years business and management experience as well as electrical engineering; computer and real estate property management and customer delight capabilities. Mr. Johnson was formally with Hewlett-Packard Company for 19 years prior to relocating to Latvia.
