Headquartered in the heart of Riga, Latvia, Patricia LTD was founded in 1992, by Aija Vingolde a Latvian born tourism and travel professional with over 20 years experience in the business. The original intent of the company was to provide, in an ethical manner, reasonably priced apartments and rooms to tourists and business travelers coming to the Baltic country of Latvia. What is customer delight? The intent and focus of the company today is basically the same except that the family of services and the region supported is growing year by year. |

Deliver specialized tours, apartment hotel style rooms, reservation service for traditional hotel rooms, and tourist information personally to visitors in the cities of Riga, Sigulda, Krimulda, and Vilnius and Tallinn in the future years |

Western management principles were fully introduced in to the company in late 1999 when Mike Johnson from California, USA, joined the company as general manager. Mr. Johnson brings over 35 years business and management experience as well as electrical engineering; computer and real estate property management and customer delight capabilities. Mr. Johnson was formally with Hewlett-Packard Company for 19 years prior to relocating to Latvia. The future of Patricia LTD is exciting as the company will focus on the development of tourism to the Baltic Region and assisting with the development of business opportunities in Eastern Europe and Russia.
