Our newest venture is the new Latvian Export Portal Directory of Latvian Export products and services to coordinate and promote EXPORTS from Latvia. Previously in 2007, we opened our Linen Products Studio in Riga, Latvia where we offer design, manufacture and distribution of products made from 100%  Linen Flax materials.   On Facebook - become a fan.

We provides a wide range of services and accommodations for business travelers and tourists visiting Latvia and the Baltic area countries. 

Headquartered in the heart of  Latvia's  capital city  Riga , we were founded in 1992, by a Latvian born tourism and travel professional with over 20 years experience in the business. The original intent of the company was to provide, in an ethical manner, reasonably priced apartments and rooms to tourists and business travelers coming to the Baltic country of Latvia.  We also offer a reservation service for traditional hotel accommodations in the greater Latvia area.

We are in our heart a tourist office. However with the integration of the USA based consulting and sales operation in 1999, Patricia LTD now offers a range of business services including training programs for developing a high level of customer service skills we call "Customer Delight".  

In addition, we manufacture and sell a world famous learning tool product called the Dr. Deming  RED BEAD Experiment. This product is used by major companies; universities; and government departments to teach the advanced management principles associated with Total Quality Management (TQM).

The future of  is exciting as the company will focus on the development of tourism to the Baltic Region and assisting with the development of business opportunities in Eastern Europe and Russia. Our quality, customer service and communication training programs will be a valuable tool to assist this tourism development effort.
